DATA's new InSite proofing tool for our Commercial Print Division is a unique way to approve your print projects with us online.
Using your web browser, you can electronically page through your document then review in further detail on a single page basis checking measurements, color density, marking up your corrections, or approving the pages for print production.
Your organization will have its own unique login making the process totally secure, and also allows several users within your company to collaborate on the proofing process simultaneously, or at different times.
While your project may be large with large associated files, InSite is fast. Because the system uses a "compressed and segmented" high resolution file format, you'll be moving relatively small data files across your Internet connection. Using a high-speed modem connection, the refresh rate for an 8 1/2 x 11 page is typically less than 5 seconds.

Audit capability- complete records of all transactions, comments and amendment requests are kept with the job to ensure complete traceability and post proofing audit capability.
